Post-consumer PET bottles are transformed into clean flakes by our in-house custom-built washing line which has a throughput capacity of 3 MT/hr.
Technology we use to classify into PET and general
After collection, segregation, transportation and processing, it is very important to turn contaminated bales of PET bottles into clean PET flakes ready for use.
Washing and cleaning mechanism plays a very important role here, because the the most important aspect of post-consumer PET bottle recycling is the removal of contaminants from post-consumer PET bottles.
